Dick Pendleton and his son, Rick Pendleton, have a combined experience of over 80 years in the Heating and Air Conditioning business.

Dick Pendleton started repairing furnaces in 1961 while working at a LP Gas company in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Several years later he started his own part-time business doing heating and air conditioning installations. In 1990, Dick decided to dedicate his time fully to the heating and air conditioning business and formally started Pendleton Heating and Air Conditioning of Lafayette, Indiana. Since then, Pendleton has provided quality service to thousands of homeowners and businesses in the area.

Rick Pendleton started in the HVAC industry as a residential heating and air conditioning repairman in 1985. In 1989 he was hired as a commercial HVAC technician for a large heating and cooling firm in Lafayette. In 1993, with Rick's hard work and dedication to the HVAC business, he was recruited to become a Regional Service Manager for one of the largest heating and cooling businesses in the Midwest. Rick's region included four branch offices in Indiana including Indianapolis, Columbus, Bloomington, and Lafayette. He has worked with some of the best individuals in the industry. In 2001, Rick brought his experience and knowledge of the heating and cooling business back home when he became a partner with Dick in Pendleton Heating and Air Conditioning.
